Click here to watch a recording of our Annual Meeting from Tuesday, July 20.
Our Annual Meeting is an opportunity to hear from an inspiring guest speaker, reflect on the year behind us, share plans for the year ahead and thank those who support our work. This year our Annual Meeting will feature a presentation by Kate Dempsey titled “Let’s Talk Climate.” Kate is the State Director of The Nature Conservancy in Maine and a member of the Maine Climate Council.
We will start by reporting on Harpswell Heritage Land Trust activities over the past years. Next will be a very short business meeting, during which HHLT members will vote on new leadership for the Board of Trustees. We are proposing to elect Wendy Batson as President, Tim McCreight as Vice President, Dan Huber as Treasurer and Sharon Oehmig as Secretary. After the vote, we will hear from Ms. Dempsey.
