The Amazing Wildlife of Ecuador with Ed Robinson
We are excited to host a new presentation from Ed Robinson on Ecuador’s diverse wildlife! Enjoy this photographic tour of the lofty Andes mountains, mid-elevation cloud forests, the Amazon Basin, and the storied Galapagos Islands. The talk chronicles a three-week trip to some of the most diverse and unspoiled habitats on Earth, opening the door to the vast array of wild creatures that live there. Writer and photographer Ed Robinson of Orr’s Island, Maine is a widely traveled naturalist and will share his knowledge of the region and its beautiful creatures. The presentation will include 150 stunning photos, biological facts, and stories with a Q&A to follow.
Ed grew up in the lovely Finger Lakes region of western New York and developed a deep love for the natural world. Since moving to Maine from England in 2007, he has been exploring and writing extensively about the creatures that live here. Ed has written two books in a series titled Nature Notes from Maine with a third book on the way. All profits from his books support the public education and conservation work of HHLT.
