My favorite Maine animal is:
Moose
How I like to enjoy nature:
I love doing anything outside! I love camping and backpacking as well as being anywhere near water for a quick dip in between. I also can be found outside playing games or reading. I grew up in Colorado, so skiing is a big part of my winters as well!
Why I enjoy working with kids:
Kids bring such a uniqueness to every day that I feel like I am never bored. Being able to learn through their eyes is so fun and you also never know what they are going to say next, which definitely keeps me on my toes!
My interests are:
As a person trying to gain more hobbies I have been really enjoying reading, knitting, and cooking lately. I enjoy thrifting, probably a little too often, but I love finding what hidden treasures are out there. I also love anything to do with sports, with a special shoutout to soccer. Excited to watch the World Cup games this summer!
