Camp Counselor
Are you someone that loves the outdoors, enjoys working with kids, and wants a meaningful summer job? Join our Nature Day Camp team and spend your days exploring forests, tide pools, and coastal trails while helping campers (ages 6–12) discover a lifelong connection to nature. This isn’t just a summer job — it’s a chance to build leadership skills, create unforgettable memories, and inspire the next generation of environmental stewards in one of Maine’s most beautiful coastal communities.
Located in scenic Harpswell, Maine, our nature day camp blends outdoor adventure, environmental education, creative arts, and hands-on exploration. Weekly themes include activities like forest hikes, tide pool investigations, wildlife tracking, nature crafts, and group games — all grounded in experiential learning.
Harpswell Heritage Land Trust’s mission is to preserve and protect Harpswell’s natural resources, cultural heritage, and access to the outdoors now and forever through conservation, stewardship, and education.
