HIPP: Invasive Plant Overview

Join the Harpswell Invasive Plant Partnership (HIPP) for a presentation by Chad Hammer, the Maine Invasive Plant Biologist from the Maine Natural Areas Program (MNAP). He will review why we care about invasive plants and what to do about them, as well as discuss newly identified species of concern, and provide a general review of the iMap Invasives system. iMap is a national web- and GIS-based data collection platform that MNAP employs and which HIPP supports. Registration is not required.
