Sunset Yoga with Kara Douglas (July 9)

Join HHLT and local yoga teacher Kara Douglas seaside on Thursday, July 9th for sunset yoga. This 45-minute yoga class will include gentle stretching with postural variations to include practitioners from any background, including beginners. We’ll incorporate some breathing practices and meditation. This is a free program. Practitioners should bring layers, a blanket or towel and drinking water. Yoga mats are optional. Preregistration is suggested so Kara will know how many students to expect. Classes will be cancelled on rainy evenings.

STOVER’S POINT WARNING: The gravel road leading to Stover’s Point Preserve is in very poor condition and you may not be able to drive all the way down if you have a vehicle with low clearance.
