Lunch & Learn: Vernal pool conservation strategies for towns & landowners

Vernal pools may be small, but protecting them requires big-picture thinking. Join this engaging virtual Lunch & Learn to discover practical, science-based strategies for conserving these critical habitats while balancing development and land use goals. A local voluntary tool for pool conservation that has a role for developers, land trusts, and land owners in your community will be introduced. Grab your lunch and walk away with clear, actionable ideas to help safeguard these seasonal ecosystems for generations to come. This event will be on Zoom. A Zoom link will be provided via email prior to the event for those who register.

This program is part of a larger series focused on Vernal Pools, funded by the Casco Bay Estuary Partnership’s Community Grant Program. A big thank you for their support!
